Pac never accused Biggie of setting him up. Do you guys casually forget that Biggie releases Who shot ya, then goes on a radio and almost gets dpg and snoop killed when he said "TUPAC and dpg" was filming ny ny in new york? And lets not forget after Puffy aligns himself with sscc which turns this into a west coast gang rivalry. Quad was a small piece of the puzzle by the time they both died.Cause there’s plenty ov people to back up that puffy was using Southside crips ... keffe Dee, gene deal , lil cease , dirt rock , blondie and lad (Ex Compton pd) , Reggie Wright , certain mob pirus , outlaws , other deathrow employees etc ..... comparing that to one person Tupac who started assuming biggie knew before hand wen he had not 1 person to even agree with him is totally differentand again majesty , zayd said it was nonsense and e money bags who is 10 x more street then pac ever was told pac to his face wen he went to visit him in jail that they had nothin to do with it ....
You right, but ignoring his phone calls and dissing him while he's in jail isnt very good optics and doesn't paint Big as some innocent bystander.
Then the "who shot ya" track came out and while it may not be a diss, the timing and optics weren't good. Plus I remember Puff promoting that song like a diss.
Then Big got tha dogg pounds video shoot shot up for no reason when he was supposed to be cool with snoop.
From what I remember, all that shyt was over pac saying nobody warned him in an interview. He wasn't even going at them at that point, he was just angry cause he felt that nobody had his back.
The last straw was going to California and performing one of the harshest disses ever towards a man who just died, on top of having a low key diss record (going back to cali) playing on the radio.
Both men got themselves killed, I'll admit that pac pushed the issue more than Big but Biggie was not an angel during that situation.
If Big would have reached out while pac was in jail instead of clowning him then the situation probably wouldn't have gotten so bad between the two.
