We all know there isn't equality in job hiring, and all that, in the real world. But professional sports is NOT the real world. It's big business, and shouldn't be compared with basic office jobs or the like.

If a team feels that they have a better chance in winning with a black qb then that is what they are gonna use. Look at all the black qbs in the nfl right now. Look how many have been drafted early. Teams, coaches, gms,etc can't afford to be racist. They won't keep there jobs if they lose.

to be a backup is bull. Colt McCoy and David Carr are backups and it's not debatable that Vince is better than them. Vince is better than 1/3 of the starters right now.

This. I'm not saying the Packers are racist. I'm saying the system is racist. How are dudes going to say that Vince sucked anyways and should have been cut when dudes like Carr and McCoy are still on rosters? It makes no sense. Cam has already taken heat. Imagine what will happen to him if he has a bad season. Colin Kaepernick is one meh season away from people wanting Alex Smith back. If Vick is just "OK" this year, he'll probably never start again. Same for Josh Freeman. Meanwhile Stafford, Cutler, Romo(I like Romo too), etc still stinking it up and don't have to worry about holding clipboards because they have immunity for the next little while.
