I'm all for this! But this is also a part of the reason why I'm not exactly against women being paid less than men for the same job.


We require more flexibility and time off than men normally do and employers typically pay more to insure women than men. I personally would rather be paid less and have more flex time.
You're one of the honest ones in stating that. Many would just ignore that fact and act as if this dynamic doesn't exist.

I'm against this. Too many people would abuse the system and every other worker would have to make up for it while being on their period themselves.

I wouldn't care, alot of women mines well not be at work during that time. They flip out at everything, walking around grabbing there sides eyes watery. I'm like yeah I understand, I get it. Its uncomfortable for me to try and work with them knowing anything they say at that time could literally not be how they really feel.

Its like you know what, just go home...

I never got days off for my period.
Periods can be debilitating. Imagine if you knew automatically you was gonna feel like shyt 1-7 days every month.
You cant relate because you don't have periods shoot a woman who doesn't have bad periods can't really relate either.
But you shouldn't just call off work for feeling like shyt. Can you imagine someone getting Seven days off work a month SEVEN DAYS just for their cycle 12 months a year? That's crazy. I wouldn't want to work for a company that allowed that mess. 84 days a year plus PTO plus sick days? That's nuts.


Who would pick up all that slack?Management would suck because they're constantly trying to find coverage for half their staff all the time and it would suck as a regular employee because you're going to be the one working late and pulling doubles to cover for Stacey who could have just taken Advil and drank some extra fluids.

The only hard part about this is it would be really hard to schedule anything, like for alot of jobs you would literally only be able to keep a handful of woman or women thats don't get there cycle's anymore. Can you imagine something like a bank with women who's cycle are all in sync. They'd have to close the bank for day's at a time.
