A man not being able to have one is so irrelevant in this particular discussion. If you're working in a office type situation this especially shouldn't be an excuse.

There are many cases and examples of women who take better care of themselves than many of the masses and their pain is alleviated as a result. They experience the discomfort much less, for less time.

Yall want equality, no one should coddle people for living unhealthy lifestyles. Correct me if I'm wrong but there are many precautions one can take.
The whole idea would never work anyways but as far as period pains you should not speak on what you don't know
I'm dead serious.

Suit yallselves. Some of yall actin for the men in this thread

I never came up with an idea or theory for one. So what are you talking about.
I mentioned health/lifestyle choices affect the levels of discomfort experienced during menstrual cycles. Speaking of people commenting on things they don't know about...
Just because I've never experienced a heart attack doesn't mean I can't tell you ways to prevent one. Health is all about prevention and maintenance.
You just sound ignorant talking about, " this idea will never work." How so genius? All I see is excuses for your poor choices. I've lived near 90% females all my life who lead ACTIVE lifestyles, some even vegan. Try again, or just jump to conclusions, attempt to be coddled for your poor choices, or come up with another excuse. Wish you well, do some reading, learn thyself, quit listening to nonsense. This is your body and their are millions of different possibilities, this pain shyt for extra long, extra hard isn't a default thing. Just like there are ways to cope with menopause. Oh, but I don't know about that neither.

I normally work through my periods. Mine can be hell. I get lightheaded if I don't eat but if I do its a problem too. I have to drink juices, smoothies and lots of water.

I still remember working through the pain, I took a break to run to McDonald's for fries and a smoothie because I had to close and I knew I needed to eat something. I ate/drank a little, then ended up puking it up and went right back to work.

Periods are hell.

Dementia much?

Anywho, that's all you had to say to my advice on taking care of yourself to subside side effects, huh?

Lemme stoop down to your level for a second then.... Don't call me an idiot, idiot!
