I'd say in cases where the girl is passed out, like this one. They were just trying to get a nut... Victim needs to be able to fight back for the power dynamic to be established.

You don't see how either taking away the ability to fight back or striking when that ability has already been taken away relates to the power dynamic? Only a sick person is gonna look at some chick that's passed out behind a bar as an opportunity for a nut.

Lemongrass, cherries, alkaline water
If I had kids that age, I'd probably advise them to stay away these type of gatherings..put a bunch of college students together with unlimited alcohol, drugs, cameras and unfortunately you can get caught up in a bad situation. The fact that "hundreds" of people were allegedly standing around watching suggests there's a different side to the story, even if that's the case thought it doesn't mean it wasn't an extremely stupid decision for multiple men to get involved.

Foreal though these news outlets ain't shyt. One of the cats runs track, the shirtless one, for troy which means he has a profile pic associated with his name on the roster. The roster pic is likely of just his face. I know at my school they made us wear ties or our athletic gear in our roster profile pics. These muthafukkas went and got a shirtless pic of dude looking muscular and intimidating, like a 'thug'

Have you seen the recording?:skip:

So they just arrested these dudes for no reason and lied about the content of the video knowing that this eventually will go to trial and said evidence will have to eventually be made available?

What next, the victim had it coming?:skip:

Wouldn't be the first time the cops made some shyt up:skip:

they were investigating another crime, obviously don't like black people, you don't think they would lie to put pressure on these dudes? :skip:

Do you realize how pigs work?:skip:

One thing about "planting" drugs or guns in a scene. Completely different fabricating a video. Unless you think these cops recreated that scene, complete with actors and hundreds of extras in the background:lolbron:

That's some elaborate shyt just to get these two Bama dudes. Maybe the cops are Auburn fans?:skip:

They recorded themselves publicly raping a woman in broad daylight??

What part of that sentence makes sense?

She wasn't exactly screaming for help, she was passed out:skip:

The 19-year-old victim appeared to be passed out on a chair behind a beach club. That's when, police say, several men attacked her. Cops allege that many people watched, some recording the incident on their cell phones – but no one intervened.

"Within 10 feet from where this is happening there are hundreds of people standing there watching, looking, seeing, hearing what is going on," McKeithen told AL.com, "and yet our culture and our society and our young people have got to the point where obviously this is acceptable somewhere."

"This is happening in broad daylight with hundreds of people seeing and hearing what is happening," McKeithen added in the press conference, "and they are more concerned about spilling their beer than somebody being raped."
