I would have to agree... wasn't Oprah raped? Although, it was likely a traumatic situation, she bounced back in a major way. You ain't bouncing back from a murk...

Have you seen the recording? What part of they "recorded" themselves do you not understand?![]()

I'd say in cases where the girl is passed out, like this one. They were just trying to get a nut... Victim needs to be able to fight back for the power dynamic to be established.
shut the fukk upwas she passed out?or did she get drunk and let them run a train?
if these nikkas is guilty then they should do life. I dont think anything is worse than being raped, not even murder![]()

Wouldn't be the first time the cops made some shyt upSo they just arrested these dudes for no reason and lied about the content of the video knowing that this eventually will go to trial and said evidence will eventually be made available?
What next, the victim had it coming?![]()

Wouldn't be the first time the cops made some shyt up
they were investigating another crime, obviously don't like black people, you don't think they would lie to put pressure on these dudes?
Do you realize how pigs work?
Like i said i'll reserve my judgement.

They recorded themselves publicly raping a woman in broad daylight??
What part of that sentence makes sense?

The 19-year-old victim appeared to be passed out on a chair behind a beach club. That's when, police say, several men attacked her. Cops allege that many people watched, some recording the incident on their cell phones – but no one intervened.
"Within 10 feet from where this is happening there are hundreds of people standing there watching, looking, seeing, hearing what is going on," McKeithen told AL.com, "and yet our culture and our society and our young people have got to the point where obviously this is acceptable somewhere."
"This is happening in broad daylight with hundreds of people seeing and hearing what is happening," McKeithen added in the press conference, "and they are more concerned about spilling their beer than somebody being raped."
