This man made the mistake of eating out a drunk girl in public and he was charged with rape the very next day.

Did yall read the article? The video had no relation to what they were originally after, which was evidence for a shooting crime. They then saw the video and are charging them with rape. The girl herself never even pressed charges.

The roster pic is likely of just his face. I know at my school they made us wear ties or our athletic gear in our roster profile pics.
