I can’t remember much because I went to Rome as a teen but you have to visit the Vatican. It’s something you’ll never forget.

Yeah as I said I've been to the Vatican (twice actually). Incredible place.

I recommend you stay in crowds and never go to bars past midnight, be safe, it doesnt take much for these racists to gang up on you for a nonsense reason and beat you up, they killed that guy in greece and nothing happened at all

Brehs I appreciate it but y'all really not reading my post before answering. As I already said I've lived in Italy and been to Rome various times. I know how to get around plus I speak the language. Was asking if brehs knew anything outside the usual tourist stuff, I know all about the Vatican, Colosseo, etc.

Breh how long is your trip gonna be in total? That seems like a lot to squeeze in with the train rides plus you need at least 4-5 days in each city (except Venice, unless you're interested in La Biennale). Anyway if you do it the best thing would be get in Paris, then the fast speed train to Milan and catch a train to Venice, from there down to Rome to finish your trip. Seems like a lot though tbh, but to each his own :hubie:

I saw a black Madonna (Virgin Mary) in Spain … I know they have a few around the world …
That looks exaclty like a sculpture I saw in the Notre Dame church in Paris.

We stayed at the K boutique, nice area and lots of stuff to see. If you’re with your woman take her on a date to the Spanish Steps and there’s shopping there as well as really good spaghetti at the Canova Tadolini which is a sculpture museum that doubles as a restaurant (very unique and nothing really like it).

Check out the Venchi chocolatier next to the Trevi fountain, they’ve got good sweets and a waterfall wall made of chocolate, shyt was baller and there’s a gelateria close by to there too that’s really good.

Try the Veal at Cabana House where the locals eat, it’s close to the forum.

I used to be interested in Italy. I wanted to go to the South and see stuff like this

I've heard that Italy and Southern Europe in general are very racist towards blacks though.

Did you see Jesus’ crown of thorns at that church?
Yes, I’m glad I got to take in a lot of artwork there since it mostly burned to the ground and a lot of shut in there was damaged or completely destroyed.
