Tbh, it really doesnt matter. Uber is illegal in Colombia anyway tho you can still use it. Just takes hella long time for a pick up(15-20 mns avegrage). Taxis are even worse. These dudes are shifty as sh!t and they will set your ass up ... for that fast buck ... #4 I know you heard this before ... Gotta be on your A game in Colombia. What happened to this dude is not that uncommon. MF'ers get drugged (Scolpolomine) and robbed in Cartagena on the daily. The cops are in on it for their cut.
