pg leading a team :scust:. he a glorified second option. lakers should pass and continue to rebuild

This.

I don't want this nikka on the team especially if it means ending our youth movement. Dr. Buss is dead and wheeling and dealing went with him. The one proven person we could've got for that we let walk to the clippers.

Pass on George, keep going with the rebuild.

The Pelicans literally have nothing they can offer to enter this convo. They gave the kings a pick and my guess is that they make the playoffs next year with or without PG.

I think I like the pieces working together on the Blazers anyway.
I mean they still got future picks. Just package like 3-4 of them bytches and pray pg stays

Lakers don't need PG though, Ingram and DLo will be the first and second options, plus LA is 2+ years from contending anyway. The key to the Lakers success is finding/developing a rim protecting C and a 4 who can hit 3's and guard SF's/PF's.
yes we do, PG will open so many doors for us in FA. No one wants to play with bunch of kids but guys will want to play with PG

If PG wins a ring with the Cavs, he would be MORE likely to go the Lakers because he got that championship monkey of his back and can "go home" and be a hero a la Lebron.

Lakers need to stand pat and save their assets for another piece.
If PG goes to Cleveland that nikka ain't ever leaving.

That home town hero stuff is for small markets that never win anything. There's nothing George could do in LA to be a hero to those folks

Breh we still gonna keep all our young players and add George to that. Please tell me how that's a bad thing? We don't have a draft pick either. At worst we part ways with Randle or Clarkson:manny:

They won't be kids forever...remember how teams like the warriors and thunder were built...draft.
So why is not better to have them and paul george and more free agents? No one is asking to get rid of the main pieces..Clarkson is not going to be better than what he already is and Randle won't be anywhere near Paul George's talent.

:dwillhuh:

You really think he would choose the city of Cleveland over LA, especially if he has a ring??

Lol maybe I didn't state that right...he'll get to go back home where he can chill, having just won a ring.

the coli is a funny place.....yall talk all that shyt about when teams just trade/cut players without telling them, yet yall in here talking about 'why didnt he tell them?...that's so fukked up for him to do to them'...lol ..

talk all that shyt about teams not making moves to compete, yet yall concede the warriors the titles for the next couple years lol....

and then the sixers after that, even though their core hasnt proved they can play a whole season lol....

...yall funny as hell....

as for pg: i like the move....the pacers had him out there as trade bait last year, but never pulled the trigger....now he has the power cause he just let them and the league know where he wants to go...so they either gonna have to let him walk for nothing at the end of the year, or get on the phone and hope someone give them something for him.....
