Again, media contracts or really any corporate contract paying above a certain amount has morals clauses attached to it. Paul either didn't read it or didn't care. Did he do anything wrong per se? No. But he clearly violated his contract and was let go. Paul Pierce doesn't seem to be super bothered by it.

Two big differences: (1) he didn't upload a video of himself drunk and nude in a stranger's condo and (2) he was a radio host. The suspension was a soft firing - but I see the point you're making.
