Op is giving good game. The extra finesse in this is hiring some young college kid as a “coach” and paying them $30/hr (really only like $200 a week cause they’re only going to work about 7 hours or so).

One of my homies was a coach like this for this one guys basketball camps. Dude who owned it never interacted with the kids lol just had the coaches he hired doing it. My homie realized he was basically doing all the work and was like next year I’m just going do this shyt myself and keep all the money. Don’t know if he actually went through with it.

Or money to have your own insurance. Or security. Places I know have a facilities use fee and in my district if you're hustling people out of money, best believe they want a hefty cut, low-income be damned.

That being said, I usually run STEM sessions, mainly LEGO Robotics, for the little ones in the summer. Easy $1000 for what amounts to a few hours work.
