I mean people pay that in gas and tolls (on top of car notes and insurance). Remote/hybrid work should’ve been permanent, but these old heads want to get their money’s worth for the leases they’re paying for and politicians want you going in to work to “stimulate the economy”

Socialism in full effect :blessed:

Like I always say, you up the taxes.... the Billionaires/Millionaires never feel it and the middle class gets the entire costs burden

What, exactly, does this have to do with socialism? Especially considering these price hikes have been scheduled biannually long before this mayor got into office.

If she chose the private option, and Uber'd or took a cab, how much do you think she would spend per week? :jbhmm: :sas1:

The oil companies need their coins.

New Brunswick, NJ to Penn Station NY: $464.00 monthly pass

I dunno what a monthly parking costs, but parking at Newark Penn cost ~25 dollars a day by itself. Path both ways is 6 total. So ~$31 a day for me to get to work during the winter. But I don't think Monthly makes sense because I can be in the office 3-4 days a week.

During warmer days, I take the 21 bus. Its only 5 dollars total, both ways. Saves me 20 dollars, lol. I gotta be on point with waking up though. And one bus broke down in the middle of East Orange when it was like 20 degrees outside. Never again during winter, never again, lol

she should get a job in queens then if she rather not complain about shyt.

i bet you she pays that extra shyt commuting from queens to manhattan.

she could do that whole trip or 3 dollars i bet or at least get off the LIRR earlier and pay less to transfer.

i love the lirr so i get it but shyt is a luxury 99% of the time.

My car cost me under $300 a month for the payment, insurance, and fuel combined.
