A lot of the posters here probably didn't grow up with a father, and so they never learned how to love/respect another man. Its sad that embracing another man is
viewed as submitting to that man. Its as if some of these dudes can only view another black man as either a threat or competition.
Mu'fukka what???

Unless you had a pops who grew up with a preference for picking blueberries & knitting doilies as his pastime while all the other boys were on the fields & courts competing & honing their physical skills, you probably were taught by your pops how to conduct yourself around other men, and I'm pretty sure cupping the back of another male as a show of platonic intimacy wasn't part of that lesson. And if your pops was born in the 40s or 50s, you DEFINITELY were schooled on what being a man is and the true strength all of that entails.
But given your posts, one can surmise you're cut from the cloth of males who's eyes lit up when Deacon Frye jumped into that game of double dutch at the beginning of Amen, then rolled their eyes, sucked their teeth, & crossed their arms at NBA highlights on the 11 pm news an hour later
