Is this one of those cases of paying a lot and most just covers the neighborhood branding? Like, the high prices are based way more on the type of neighborhood and neighbors than the house infrastructure itself?

If it’s worth 200 million, there is probably an underground lair and underground parking garage. Only people parking up top are the helps help. Type of security where they see you driving in 500 yards away and the driveway is about a mile long.

Probably just an investment anyway. Jay making moves, Beyoncé on a world tour and the kids are in private boarding schools. Thats why I say that probably the helps cars that we see in the pics.
