I don't know if it's language skills or intelligence but I said all these rappers (plural, as in many) since he obviously was impressed by a lot of people in the 90s but not a single mc of this generation. I did not say nor mean "show me ONE rapper". And tbh I couldn't give two fukks about what an old white person thinks about specifically Death Certificate or To Pimp A Butterfly, no disrespect. You oldies stay getting on cats nerves, I don't want to put all of you on the ignore list, the Nas stans were enough, cause you have interesting/valuable discussions about old music.

Wale somehow gets better with every album but I may have been listening for longer than ten years, his mix tapes was classic and then he dropped that Attention Deficit bullshyt. Took me a while to give him another chance.

Gangsta Gibbs puts in work but he needs to return to his earlier days when he rapped about other shyt besides being a gangsta. Dude used to bring it from both perspectives like Malice from the Clipse but he stopped.

fukks wit Kendrick and Jay Rock heavy but I'm sure I been listening to both of them for over ten years. Jay Rock hella slept on, dude be in the Booth on some Beanie shyt.

Lastly Mac Miller used to spit crazy until he decided to incorporate the multiple personality Eminem shyt to hi musice. Had he stayed in the lane he was on I'd still bump his shyt today.

I just turned 37 and I do check for new music but not too many new rappers. Bronson and Kendrick are probably the newest rappers I check for. In the last year I've liked albums from Torae, Pusha, Scarface, Game, Skyzoo, Oddisee and Fashawn. I just don't have any interest in guys like Drake, Future, Young Thug and Kevin Gates
