It’s the whole experience at Publix. Like, you will never even get a cart from Publix that doesn’t roll smoothly . I asked, and come to find out the reason is because they have someone come and service them once a week at night when the store closes. What other grocery store cares that much about your customer experience ? It’s how welcoming the people that work there are. It’s the quality of the produce and fruit, the deli, the bakery, etc. Publix leading the league in like 5 statistical grocery store categories.

Breh they have like the Rolls Royce of shopping carts…the lighting is top notch the produce is best…the bakery is great (kinda heartbroken when I found out the cakes were all frozen) the ppl are

Will spend two seconds ordering the most vanilla combination at Firehouse or Subway but want to “try something new” at Publix… with only two sub artists available.

OR have the NERVE to order more than two subs ON THE SPOT

Interesting you made this thread. Me and this big booty IG model looking hoe were in line the other day and both left because they had one sandwhich maker, and the chick in front of us was ordering for her whole family. They are slow AF making sandwiches.

Man, I miss Publix . OP, the key is knowing what time to go to the deli. Around 12 or after 6ish and it’s a wrap because everybody be up in there ordering like it’s their last meal.

You could replace Publix with subway/quick check/ Wawa
It’s basically a sub that’s basic in concept but then the person adds all of these sauces and toppings that makes it a 10+ minute endeavor for the sub maker

On God they been slipping lately cause I typically order my sub online and show up at least 15 minutes after it’s supposed to be done. But lately either they haven’t made my sub yet by the time I get there, or I will think it’s not made, stand in line, and it was sitting behind the counter the whole time

This shyt done happened multiple times recently. Then they had the nerve to tell me, oh because people be taking subs that ain’t theirs. bytch no the fukk they don’t. You better put my mothafuking sub in the customer pick up slot like you supposed to smh. Any other spot I would have been just stopped going off principle. But it’s Publix nikka. I’m gon have to deal with the shyt

Exactly. nikka said Subway lol. Publix has fresh boars head meat that they cut on the spot hourly and amazing fresh baked bread, along with crisp veggies which are also very fresh. They are A1.
