And before Captain obvious points it out, yes I'm aware hitting the gym is personal development :comeon: but that's not the type of personal development we're talking about...

So let's not focus too much on the gym part, that was just to catch your attention. But lately I been thinking, maybe I'm the one with the issues and the problems. After my last relationship, even though my ex is in fact a crazy ass bytch... There's gotta be something I'm doing (or not doing) that attracts these women. And as much as every coli breh says "hit the gym, hit the weights"... Your physique can change, but that doesn't mean anything to most women.

Without dragging this out, I'm a very introverted asocial dude, but learning better communication skills, conversational skills, techniques for different scenarios, masterminding certain situations, how to react and behave in certain instances.... These are the things that matter the most. Being social, meeting the right people, having personality that attracts the right people. There's so many personal development courses and videos online alone for free. If you can matter socialization , you can master your life and the people around you.

Do you know how many soft people lift weights? These pussies add on some muscle and think that changes anything about their psyche. They still walking pussies. If you want to see real tough guys go to a boxing gym. These skinny dudes in there will fukk you up something terrible and they are the nicest people they don't have to walk round like a dikkhead like those weightlifters do. Weightlifters are corny. They are in the same boat as police. They got mad insecurities and super egos. Just terrible soft people.

Face Facts: Your life would improve with fitness. There is no fukking downside. Stop trying to act like folks are crazy for partaking in one of the best, most simple activities
available to EVERYONE.

Jesus Christ, the very first thing I said was not to focus on the "hitting the gym" part of the post... But like sheep y'all just follow the herd... Hitting the gym is cool and all, but the point is it's the least significant when it comes to your overall package. How many fat or skinny brehs you see out here winning?
