One star. I'm tired of people acting like the gym is like hitting weed or some shyt.

Face Facts: Your life would improve with fitness. There is no fukking downside. Stop trying to act like folks are crazy for partaking in one of the best, most simple activities
available to EVERYONE.

And before Captain obvious points it out, yes I'm aware hitting the gym is personal development :comeon: but that's not the type of personal development we're talking about...

So let's not focus too much on the gym part, that was just to catch your attention. But lately I been thinking, maybe I'm the one with the issues and the problems. After my last relationship, even though my ex is in fact a crazy ass bytch... There's gotta be something I'm doing (or not doing) that attracts these women. And as much as every coli breh says "hit the gym, hit the weights"... Your physique can change, but that doesn't mean anything to most women.

Without dragging this out, I'm a very introverted asocial dude, but learning better communication skills, conversational skills, techniques for different scenarios, masterminding certain situations, how to react and behave in certain instances.... These are the things that matter the most. Being social, meeting the right people, having personality that attracts the right people. There's so many personal development courses and videos online alone for free. If you can matter socialization , you can master your life and the people around you.

Do u get “bored” by women w little to no drama?

Are u approaching or getting approached?

Do u consider urself confident?

Do u have masculine or feminine energy?

These questions can give an insight on why ur energy attracts batshyt crazy women

Gym is the easiest way to set goals if you suck at setting goals. It helped kill my anxiety tho

But it is not the answer to everything but it is a good jump start if you hit rock bottom a few times

My start to social improvement was watching my player friends and trying what they did. I don't watch that seduction/RSD Tyler shyt. Watching unedited shyt in real life works better and paying attention to social cues. Got tired of sitting on the couch at parties and watching the chick I like get touched on :wow:

Do you know how many soft people lift weights? These pussies add on some muscle and think that changes anything about their psyche. They still walking pussies. If you want to see real tough guys go to a boxing gym. These skinny dudes in there will fukk you up something terrible and they are the nicest people they don't have to walk round like a dikkhead like those weightlifters do. Weightlifters are corny. They are in the same boat as police. They got mad insecurities and super egos. Just terrible soft people.

No you dumbass, every other person here glorifies the gym and puts it on a pedestal so much like it's the only thing that matters when really it's the least significant. Like someone pointed out, you wanna put your athleticism to use join an actual boxing gym. No one's putting down working out, but it's definitely not the most important aspect when it comes to socializing and personal development

Okay and that makes my point.. personal development is when you ask yourself these questions and work on yourself. Not hitting the gym and going extra hard on hoes like the color suggests every time

They are lifting weights for a reason for strength and conditioning. Not to put on loads of useless muscle that won't be used outside of posing for ig pictures like a female
The muscles you get in the gym are practical.

I've worked manual labor and if I hit certain numbers on lifts then the jobs usually stayed easy. Whereas most people need drugs to get through the day

It's real strength

The last 5 months i lost 40 lbs

Majority came down to food intake and cutting out a lot of bad foods

I only hit the gym at work which is only using super incline treadmill burning 600 calories a day and the elliptical

What kinda workout you do on the treadmill?
