Pescatarian Keto help

Been a dairy free pescatarian going on 3 years after being a vegan the previous 2.5 years. If u can afford it Alaskan King Salmon, sea bass, with Halibut coming in 3rd(tied with red snapper) as the tasiest fish but the king Salmon was the fattiest and tastiest fish I've ever ate.

I spend over 1k a month on groceries for 3 ppl(Me,Wife, toddler) , so its not the cheapest but if you can do it, go for it. Tons of variety of sea food in comparison to beef or chicken :yeshrug:

You got any suggestions for cooking these fish so one won’t get bored? The only red meat I eat is steak. chicken is hanging on by a thin thread.

it hasn't been that bad so far... just the pescatarian part. its the keto part that makes things difficult... especially when I'm not eating chicken or beef

Who told you that you shouldn't be eating those things?what are the origins of the keto diet?I googled and looks like a white man created it smh.Alot of you are eating diets created for the European. Based on my own research I am currently eating acidic foods,I will let you know the results in 30-60 days:respect:

  • Acidic: Meat, poultry, fish, dairy, eggs, grains and alcohol.

Im making king Salmon tonight, I will take pics and give step by steps during the process.

I’m really just trying shyt out. I don’t think I’ll be pescatarian for ever but seeing folks getting all these diseases got me at least trying to eat differently
