The fact that we're 26 pages deep in a post about someone LIKING another person's tweet is CRAZY.

The Nas/Hit Boy albums have all been varying levels of good, so in that respect, I don't agree with the tweet, and by proxy I don't agree with Pete Rock. But guess what? THAT'S OK! It doesn't have to turn into a whole shark attack on a MF because they don't like something Nas did. Fandom should never be so bad that y'all get so worked up over someone not liking something your favorite rapper made. Pete has done more than his fair share of great work in his own right, he's sort of a character even outside of this Nas shyt, but at the end of the day he's entitled to feel whatever way he wants about music. Y'all be on here day in and day out espousing your opinions on everybody's music, so why is it "hate" or out of line for an actual artist to do the same damn thing? This warrants a 26 page debate on why Pete Rock don't like a Nas album? :mjlol:

Most of the discussion isn't regard to Pete Rock liking the tweet. Its people using Pete Rock liking the tweet as validity and foundation for Nas to stop working with Hit Boy. That and to use Pete Rock's like to say Hit Boy isn't worthy of making 5 albums with Nas and that he should"ve used their favorite producers instead of Hit Boy.
