it's smart for them to do and it makes sense with the huge salary cap increase that's expected for 2015

It looks like basically the same team as it was last year, with just the addition of Sanders. That's not a bad thing because a Pats offense healthy last year would of been better

Player wise I wouldn't really say that because with the NFL getting the guaranteed money is important since careers can get cut quickly and don't last as long.
The young QBs whose contracts are up around 2015 will be real good though
