But it seems like her whole fam slowly moved from PG to AA when the prices were LOW. A lot more Black folks are out there than I realized.

I BEEN saying this. MD is the shyt. You can do really well here in the Baltimore/DC metro area. Baltimore has a bad reputation but there’s a large black middle class here especially in the burbs

People have been migrating to Waldorf / Brandywine / Fort Washington since I moved here the 2nd time in 2007. If they would make 210 and 5 more lanes more people would move. Hear traffic is horrrible that way leaving DC.
