PG used to average ~200 bodies a year. Inside the beltway right near the DC line has the ghetto areas like Landover, Forestville, District Heights, Suitland, Capitol Heights etc. The outer beltway is black excellence and money.

1. I grew up in Landover and my neighborhood wasn’t no fukkin’ ghetto.

2. PG has NEVER had 200 homicides in one year.

Facts

https://www.washingtonpost.com/arch...-record/a94a98af-4c45-4fbe-b136-553265e8ffc5/
"With about seven weeks remaining in 2005, Prince George's County has outpaced its killing total for last year and is on the brink of an alarming milestone: breaking its all-time high for homicides.

This year, 152 people have been slain in Prince George's, four more than for all of last year. In 1991, the county logged a record high of 154."

IT might not even hit 100 this year. But the shootings do seem more "unhinged" than usual...

All of the soft, two-parent raised, suburban kids trying their best to imitate their favorite rappers. You hate to see it.

Dude mentioned that he wanted to be in the streets and so nothing could save him. He even admitted that he ran away from home. That being said, most kids who get a great upbringing like he had turn out well so it's worth investing in. Even with the idiocy of rap culture influencing kids.

It’s been hot around New Carrollton metro all year.

A lot of bruhs walking the streets around here who are obviously starving and looking for a come up.

They had it once early 2000s. It coincided with some of the DC projects getting shutdown and people getting flooded into PG. It was nikkatry for like 2 years and then died down heavy. Even DC murders dropped like crazy.

I spent a decade in those areas late late at night/early morning. I just don’t feel like I’m in the “hood” when I’m there. The Africans were always cool with me too.

But I mean you got those apartments on Briggs Chaney where they act like it’s bad so it’s whatever.
