The black community is already fukked up as it is...we dnt need more of us to have easier access to drugs...take away the deterrent (jail time) and more people will be doing it...more openly...that's not good for our community...mayor nutter sold us out to the white man...
Do you realize how crazy you sound? People who smoke herb are not all druggies:dahell:

A guy who just wants a blunt or joint after work to relax or deal with his joint pains shouldn't have to worry about getting arrested, and having his life turned upside down for just smoking a plant. He isn't fiending for weed everyday or sucking dikk for a bag. Everyone doesn't want to drink just to relax because its not the same as herb. Alcohol dumbs you down, herb makes you aware, and helps you relax. Alcohol is a toxin to your body, herb is not. Its hard drugs that has fukked us up, not no damn weed. As far as access to the drugs, its already there, where the hell have you been?:why:

The law is not about making it easier to get herb, its about not making it a criminal offense. What don't you understand about this?:merchant:

I don't see it because it was BLACKS who pushed for the higher prison sentences during the crack era, and that hurt us to this day. Instead of us thinking with some logic, we get emotional, and see only the bad in things we don't agree with, and it always hurt us. Or we just live day to day, and do things that feel good, only to have it hurt us in the long run also. We need to learn to quesiton things based on what is being questioned. We tend to put everything in one big pot, and say its either good or bad. That is not how life works. Whites, and other groups do it too, but when it comes to whites, they have enough people in their groups who do separate things, and deal with each accordingly. This helps them move up in life because these types of people bring awareness to things that may have not been observed, and could have hurt everyone. We need to learn this.

I think for some reason when things feel good to us, we either hate it or love it. When we do love it, we still see it as something taboo. I think it comes from our extremely religious culture, and we tend to follow whites who are conservative. So that means if these whites think one thing, we tend to do the same thing, even when it hurts us. I hate to say it but too many blacks, and latins, don't see the world in our eyes, we see it in the eyes of white conservatives. The only time we do see things with our own perspective is when we are treated wrong or when its to do with music. These things require moving as one to work properly. Everything else we are copying white conservatives. This is why we are so divided, and never can get things to lift off, and if it does, to stay that way. We are always arguing about things that need to have an answer to work.

Now if weed is legalized and made easily available, why not crack? Or Molly? After all just like weed these people not hurting anybody but them selves right? This is a slippery slope...

Because weed was used before crack, and we never seen a weed user robbing people to get herb. We never seen a weed user sell all his stuff to get high. We never seen a weed user get headaches or depression the next day after using herb like with molly. We know what we are smoking(most of the time) with herb, you have no idea with molly. We know no one has ever dies off of herb, unlike molly where if you drink too much water, you can die or overheat. Again, blacks need to stop putting everything in the same category, and basing decisions off of that. It has continued to hurt us, lets wake up and use the brains we have.

Next it will be crack...what will you say then? Will you deny these people the freedom to enjoy their favorite drugs? The same freedom that you just got...
I will make it where they aren't filling up jail, and prisons. They need medical help, not sitting in prison with nothing to do for years, then when they get out they have to start their life over, and still have an addiction to crack. If they get caught using it, now they are back into the system. This has got to be the DUMBEST way of dealing with the drug problems in society.

See here's my problem...y'all nikkas dnt know what y'all want...y'all complained bout the government putting drugs in the black neighborhoods in the 80s...now you're willingly asking them to legalize such drugs...dats sad and ironic...

FOR THE LAST TIME. ALL "DRUGS" ARE NOT THE SAME! Cocaine, and heroin, is not the same as herb!

Look man, go read up on this, then we can talk about it because right now you really don't know about this subject.

It doesn't change the fact that we criticized the government for putting (not forcing anybody to use such drugs) drugs in the community...now we're calling for them to legalize them...You cnt have it both ways...wether it's week come or heroin, it's still drugs...ak47, m16, glock45 are still guns...you're tryna have your cake and eat it too..shame on you...

They brought the drugs into the community, then arrested everyone who used, and sold them, that was the problem. Nobody knew what drugs were gonna do, you are speaking from the perspective of someone who is looking in the past. Times were different back then, and drugs weren't as prevalent as they are now. A gun kills no matter what type of gun it is, all drugs are not the same. Please make some sense before arguing about this because you sound like someone who lives in a bubble but trying to speak like you are aware of the prod, and cons of drugs and its effect on society.

You certainly dnt know the pros and cons since you calling for legalizing drugs...people who wanna smoke will do so wether it's legal or not...we just need to keep the status quo as is...if it ain't broke dnt fix it...

Weed is not the problem. There are plenty of high functioning weedheads.
