At least the Transit Rider Union is speaking out. It seem like requiring masks is not an official policy.
touching an alleged offender is also a violation of the spacing rules. so 10 police offices touching someone who allegedly might be infecting others is seriously retarded. if said person is contagious it does more harm than good.
