BUT
A person riding public transportation in this climate is doing so because they have to. Unless cops have low cost option as alternative......it's bullshyt to remove somebody from a bus that they paid fare to board.
Mayor of city should be addressing the public about what the current laws are, so that they can move accordingly.....and the cops know what to enforce.

I have love for Philly, but this ain't it.
