They say this about everything. Guilt trip people into siding with them. Couple years later that money is no where to be found and they come back with the same shyt. It's like one of those corrupt pastors always talking about the church needs renovations then you see him pull up in something new and the church still fukked upi honestly don't see the problem with this since its to funds programs in the community![]()
You do it in increments, that's rookie politic shyt, you do it but you do it in increments. :nod:If they are going this route why don't they just have a sugar tax instead? Kids also eat candy, popsicles, cereal and ice cream. I guess they don't want to upset too many people at once.
"You want to tax us? We put your ass in office and you want to tax US? Well, we'll see about that". -CorporationsI say tax the corporations who market these drinks. They're always trying to find new ways to advertise to children and hook them for life because they know these drinks are inherently addictive. This goes for most of the processed foods markets by the way. Corn industry is heavily subsidized by our government which is the key ingredient in the Frankenstein lab processed additive high fructose corn syrup. Taxing the people may seem like a step in the right direction but it's really a diversion from the big players culpable in putting profit over peoples health.
