Were they ever there in the first place? If I'm not mistaken those areas have always been white and/or affluent. They have actual rec centers or gyms...

Northern liberties used to be junkie town /hood bro there's still projects there but cleaned up ...Fishtown same way no one wanted to live there affluent or not they all have parks no bball parks cause they figure bball parks brings "hood" people and latenight activity those places had courts but you can see in many cases the hoops. Where taken down ....also if you look at things like how they are fighting the light rail system to kop....makes sense having a train to go out there right? Convenient. The real fight is they don't want "hood" people to get out there Easy and start acting up and robbing people ...there's a lot more as a realtor you hear shyt first hand and it's upsetting ....wait until Allan Domb passes that 20 year tax abatement ...youlll see ...bye bye north philly

In Atlanta they have bullet-proof restaurant drive-thrus in some Black areas. It's out of control and it all needs to be regulated.

They got a bulletproof BK on Candler Rd and a Checkers with burglar bars on the drive thru window on Bouldercrest ..that’s 2 I know of. but even in Black high middle class areas they still got bulletproof glass at every gas station

I know both well... and right... It’s out of control.

Wesley chapel restaurants too.

My point is all the other stores in our neighbors and on Candler and Bouldercrest are open and we don’t have bulletproof. Why are we letting Arabs, Asians and foreigners do it.

I was around 52nd and Bmore.

I worked at Lowe's and when i was there. Cobbs Creek was changing. Coincidentally, what put me on to the gentrification there was my coworker saying, they that put a joggers path there.

He was like, what black people you know are jogging in that neighborhood regularly?
