If it's a perfect stranger I'd call 911 but I'm not stepping in :manny:

If the guy is crazy enough to do that with witnesses around, he'd be crazy enough to kill my ass too :francis:

Yall a better man than me cause I'm not risking shyt for a perfect stranger. It is what it is

Is it still a law that if you try to save someone from a crime, the victim or the assailant can still sue you?

I remember back in the day that was a motivator for people not getting involved in situations.

Reminds me of Seinfeld final episodes for breaking "Good Samaritan Law" got sued and sentenced to jail in the final episode/final season.

Above the fray.
.
Something missing from this story. So you mean to tell me that

An employee of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority who was in the vicinity as the train went past called police to report that “something wasn't right"

But there is no mention in the article about the driver. How can someone on the street who sees the bus pass by…who happens to be a transit authority worker, see that something wasn’t right, but the driver didn’t?

Train, not bus.

Something similar happened in DC a few years back. This dude stole this man’s iPhone and the guy tried to get it back so the crazy dude stabbed him like 10 times on a crowded subway train. People didn’t do anything but watched as the nikka murdered him basically.

DC was on fire afterwards though. Cops were EVERYWHERE. Caught the killer quick.

Witnesses to fatal stabbing on D.C. Metro train didn't intervene

If its a domestic violence situation i mind my business.

But, if its straight up rape, id think id at least throw something or straight intervene.

but more has to be known in order for one to know why no one did shyt to stop it.

Only way I can see people not doing something is if the lady was homeless since the dude is homeless because there is no way you see some random homeless dude attacking a woman and not doing something in the same exact train car. :francis:
