Something similar happened in DC a few years back. This dude stole this man’s iPhone and the guy tried to get it back so the crazy dude stabbed him like 10 times on a crowded subway train. People didn’t do anything but watched as the nikka murdered him basically.

DC was on fire afterwards though. Cops were EVERYWHERE. Caught the killer quick.
