Whatever happened to Shump being a PG??? I could have sworn when we drafted him that was his secondary position

His handle and court vision are very average to mediocre. Though having him defend other teams PG's will be where the Knicks truly need him, as almost every team has a killer at point guard.

What happened was that he sucked as a ballhandler/distributior.

But outside of the 1st year, which was not only his rookie season but a lockout year on top of that
Emphasis was never put on grooming him for that position

Woodson actually threw him at the point one game last season when for like a 8 min stretch and then I never saw it again

Take it for what it's worth the team actually made a run with him a pg....we still lost tho lol

imo everyone should have a clean slate at this point. new coaching staff, new system, new culture... we shouldn't throw shade on anyone until they give us reason to. and bargs looked pretty good on wednesday.

Let Bargs come off the bench. If he shows life, play him, if not, right back to the bench
