NY is 4-14. I love them, but I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't win another game this season.

I will say I don't like Calderon's extra salary though, and not picking up Shane's option is weird, but until I see what the team does with him I can't judge the move.

Larkin is a great defender and a good passer, but he's no floor general, nor is he consistent in scoring. NY looks out of sync when he's running the show and that has cost NY a lot of games, especially when he can't consistently make shots to make up for his inexperience. He's a 3rd stringer. I wouldn't mind at all if he left. I used to be high on him; not anymore.

Larkin is a TERRIBLE passer. I remember somebody here said his court vision was ass and when I finally got to see some games I saw that they were being generous! I like his speed and his hands on D but thats it.

Fisher's consistency of playing Acy is helping the solid defense that has kept NY in most of their games. In other words, without Acy, NY wouldn't even have a chance in most games. If Swish, Shump, and Tim make shots, NY wins most games. If the refs call NY games fairly, they win most games.

Solid defense? NY gives up the 26th most points per possession. Please, stop confusing the slow pace leading to lower scoring for good defense being played. The offense at this point is ranked higher in points per possession at 22.

i actually applaud it if we finally bite the bullet , fully tank and try to rebuild within 2 years through drafts and free agency ............the league has changed ...........draft picks are more valuable than even but even that doesnt gurantee success see minnesota/houston ...............................its going to be a cold n long knick season but i rather that than us parading us some old washed up has been superstars never to make it past the 2nd round.
