If Lin comes back would you hop back on #knickstape ?![]()

Maybe...I know yall would welcome me back with open arms![]()

Korver and Hardaway on defenseDemarre on the Knicks with Melo >>>>> Demarre being the go-to guy for the Raptors![]()

Wrong, the Heat are the only team of the last 15 years to win a title built primarily through free agency, the Mavs, Lakers & Celtics used trades of assets they already had to get players on their squads.
Korver and Hardaway on defense
Yall bout to get carved up by everyone![]()

I can name a major FA signings for each one of those teams, but that's arguing semantics
In order to make any moves you need bodies on the roster, Phil is in the process of the building the roster up
You keep trying to push the same agenda...how many times you gonna tell us about how you not a fan of Melo.
We not going off what if no more, it's what is now. The Goal is to build around Melo and win a ship

Assuming thabo comes back healthyYou're being foolish young grasshopper. They will never be on the floor at the same time and we still have Thabo and Bazemore on the wings for defense (and will add an additional wing as well). That transformation Hardaway Jr. bout to make under Coach Bud
Al, Splitter, Millsap frontcourt >>>>> Knicks frontcourt over the past 15 years:

Melo isn't a leader.
He's not a leader, he's not a defender
And dudes wonder why I say yall should trade him![]()

Do it.
The Celtics got KG & Ray via trades after stockpiling assets.
The Lakers got Odom & Pau via trades, they drafted Bynum.
The Mavs got Shawn Marion, Tyson Chandler & Kidd via trades.
You don't build through free agency, you use it to bolster your roster, but your main pieces almost always come from the draft or trades after you've stacked assets. The Heat were an anomaly, yet you're using the exception as the rule.
