Unless by some miracle Phil can land Lamarcus+RoLo, I like the idea of the FO going after young guys(Biyombo) and taking on bad contracts for assets now. Get some contracts that come off the books in a year and load up for next off-season.

I'd be content if we could land Afflalo, RoLo and Beverly then flipped Calderon for Lee's expiring and assets tbh. It's a slower build, not instant contenders but that squad is competitive enough and we'd have more to sell FA's on in 2016. LMA would be amazing to land, especially with R-Lo but it's a long shot.

I don't see anyone left that we can realistically sign that'll turn this squad into a playoff team. I don't know what Phil is doing. At this point I'd consider trading Melo for some picks and other assets.
