Dude is playing better than I expected.Looked really raw in Summer League, but he's already developing at a rapid pace.

I think he's only been playing basketball for 3-4 years. His first love was football, but he got injured, and decided to switch it up.

Him and Devin Booker work really well together.

I've been saying Booker is the best ball distributor on the Suns and it's not even close IMO

Chriss & Booker will be the core.

Archie is a Harlem Globtrotter.Has flashy moments, but totally inept when it comes to playing within a team(NBA caliber) concept.Plus you can tell he's allergic to having a J.He's like a very poor man's D Wade. His penetration skills are superb nh.

I think he'd be a superstar over seas.

Other than that, I expect Tyler Ulis to develop into an important piece. He's a stabilizer.Other than Devin Booker, he's the most intelligent player on the team. The IQ of the team went up when they drafted him

No love for Bender? He's got potential to be a stud as well. And it seems as if we've all given up on Alex Len :francis:

I can't get a good read on Bender. He's super raw.

Alex Len has zero feel for the game and even worst touch around the rim.

His highest percentage shot is the 15 ft J, but the Suns keep trying to force him into the post.I get it, but he don't.He's a real awkward jerk down there.

They need to just run the pick n roll and let him shoot J's.

He'll go on his patented 2 week tear around Feb/March averaging 20 & 12, but then fall off the face of the earth again.

Big 7'1 muthafukka only shooting 42% from the field:scusthov:

Kings weren't even asking for a lot, they got Bodgan Bagdonovic, 13th (That Euro, forget his name) and the 28th picks (Skal) back.

When Masai misses, he really misses :francis:

Raptors really aren't a good drafting team. I mean they took that kid who was 3 years from being 3 years away.... Bargnani..... just shyt picks. Masai is a better trade/FA GM.

Well Bargnani was a Colangelo pick and Colangelos fall was because he refused to part with Bargnani and attempted to build around him. Masai drafted well in Denver with basically the same scouting staff. We haven't really seen any of the players hes drafted for the Raps play regular mins so it's really hard to judge.

Bruno looks terrible though. I'm not sure what he did this summer, but he regressed. Siakam and Wright look like they can be rotational players. Poeltl is really soft and unathletic. Norman Powell is by far his best pick.

I mean was Denver really that good at drafting outside of Melo who fell to them cause Detroit fukked up?

And bad drafting/good drafting can carry over through GM's. It's rare you hear of a GM firing all the scouts. They usually keep a few and bring in a few ....

Bruno was just a reactionary pick after they lost out on Giannis the draft before.

Masai brought in new staff when he came in. He didn't keep any of the BC guys in the basketball ops department. Marc Eversley, who joined Philly this year, was one of his guys in Toronto. Once BC got removed, Eversley went to the Wiz and then followed his ass to Philly.

Masai drafted Faried and Fournier in the 20s. Raps fired the entire scouting staff when Masai came and brought over his staff from Denver. I remember because our old head scout was Jim kelly and other staff from the Colangelo era didn't even have basketball backgrounds, there was a dude on the coaching staff who used to be a d1 baseball player :francis:
