Depends on the terrain/environment
I think in the original thread the hunter had an old school bolt action rifle without infinite ammo. If you start off out of his sight you have time to find safe cover.
It also matters if you can command the animals or have to leave them to their own devices. If I'm commanding the animals im taking the hawks with the rats and sending a fleet of 10 hawks after the hunter to start.

The rats is the real wild card here. A semi automatic rifle with reasonable ammo and good aim is enough to body everything else solo. The rats though…you got take them. 10K of anything is crazy amount. Rats are vicious too. The sheer volume alone is enough to chew through most of these other animals if they’re in a frenzy.

This and humans (at least some of us) have high-functioning brains and resources.
Only got to survive for an hour but a hunter with a rifle can take you out at any second with a single shot. If you don't get to them (and they may be camouflaged out to avoid detection from whatever you choose) that means you always need to keep them in the back of your mind because they're trying to maneuver into the best position for an open shot.
You'd have to absolutely pick the hunter so they're not on the opposition. An armed human with a bunch of resources (4 lions, 15 wolves, etc.) is easily the biggest threat out of that whole group.

The Hunter is a glass cannon. If I choose him than I am severely disadvantaged, but if I don’t choose him I am a sitting duck.
If I can command my allies than I choose 10,000 rats and 50 hawks.
The rats are overwhelming everything on the ground, and if I can command the hawks to focus on locating the Hunter.
Hopefully I can find good cover.

1000 rats stay behind near you and form a wall of flesh that you can hid behind. The hunter has to take shots at you and he has to account for 9000 rats and 50 hawks coming at him as well. And all the hawks have to accomplish is taking his eyes out.

I don't think you need to worry about locating the hunter. This is a coliseum-like battle. Everyone is on the ground level, so that hunter is at the mercy of the rats and hawks. That's why I didn't pick him. fukk is a rifle gonna do when a grizzly bear and a gorilla is coming at you?
Both of those alone are gonna take multiple rounds and if they're coming at you from multiple angles, that lil gun ain't gonna do shyt.
Not one animal on that list. Can handle 10k rats swarming them. And 50 hawks is, literally clawing yo eyes out during the chaos.
As long as there are no cheap shots, bears already been proven in hand to paw combat.
