that got me thinking: i wonder how many players would change like that and go against what they like just to win?....

If you are 39 then you were born in '77 which means you didn't see Magic until at the earliest '83 but 6-year olds don't know shyt so maybe you saw him in the late 80s where he was still at or near his peak but even then it's difficult to say "I saw Magic Johnson" and judge his entire career.

Unless you about 45 you didn't truly see magic and being 8 years old in 86 don't count

while it did seem pierce was against bron a lot of the show, i dont know if he lying about this...he seemed pretty honest about being able to put up with it cause of winning...and as we know, winning cures all....so as long as they winning those 6 rings, he's good.....

hell, i think that's the main reason they have an issue with ray: it's not cause he left or how he left, it's cause he left and won...the rest of them were left chasing that second ring he won....
