He's an excellent coach, but what has SVG done exactly to deserve to be the highest paid coach in the league?

Accept a job a to be the Pistons next head coach under usually undesirable conditions. If any other really good to great coach was availabe they would be offered the most to come here too. These events don't happen in a vacuum, you gotta pay attention to the circumstances. The owner found his guy and was willing to get him by any means necessary. I ain't even mad.

Been wanting SVG considered since he got fired. Fits the villian role the Pistons thrive on perfectly and can give this team an identity it's been lacking for 6 years now. He'll ride for his players and weed out this pussies. Best coaching candidate for Det since LB and the best coach prospect available for this team period maybe aside from Hollins.
