I think that turtle that looks like a pedophile gives and allows a vote. I think he waits though to see how public perception is before allowing a vote. Does the public blame the Dems or the GOP or do they blame Trump and the now view Trump as a entity separate from the GOP.

It's a terrible deal because the Dems can get DACA back eventually without Trump.
Whereas if they give in on this wall, there may be no stopping it once it's started, even after Trump is gone.
Honestly I think people will blame whoever they already blame.
I don't think the shutdown will move the needle, it'll just make people angrier at whoever at whatever party they already blame.

I predict the longer the shutdown lasts, the more the Democrats will be pressured to negotiate and they will increasingly get blamed for it. When you argue with a baby (Trump in this case), you will always lose. Eventually the grownups (Democrats) are going to get heat for not being grownups and giving the loud crying baby the pacifier. It reminds me of the Republican primaries, everyone kept trying to out-Trump Trump, and they all failed miserably.

Trump isn't nearly as popular as you seem to think, and 60% of the country doesn't want a wall in the first place.
Like I said in another thread, Schumer and Pelosi need to resign if they give in to Trump and his dumb base. Voters gave Democrats the house so they could put Trump in check, getting in and immediately capitulating to him is a terrible look. Especially when the majority of the public sides with them anyway.
