Same although I could still see him trying that National Emergency bullshyt in a couple weeks when he realizes the Dems aren't giving him the wall

I'd bet the Dems fold. But Trump doens't have any leverage.

Best outcome is McConnell finally giving in and the Senate re-passes the bill that 90 Senators already voted for 3 weeks ago.

But then we'll be back to this situation on February 8th...
