Physical software sales were down 27 percent from $555 million in 2013 to $406 million in 2014. However, NPD does not include digital sales in this total.
this nikka mad as fukkLook at this Pee-Wee from house party dikk riding nikka. There's a reason I didn't respond seriously to your previous post. Scram![]()

Name a game that the beta has been signifantly different from the final game![]()
name a beta where you got the whole story from the retail game?
I think Destiny's endgame begins as soon as you see the way the story ends,” Smith begins. “As soon as you see the way we wrap up the sort of first piece of the adventure that we're going to tell because we want to set you back out into the world to keep going. We want to try to align your motivations as the player with the motivations of the character who you've been pushing around this world. So for us I think a bunch of the endgame starts right at level 20.”
Nobody is claiming to know the entire story. People are saying the story as presented sucks.
Yes there could be some cool twists and turns eventually, but the way the story is told through those shallow "campaign" missions and crapy commentary from your ghost just sucks. There's no other way to put it.
Look at borderlands. That opening cutscene and the first hour of so of the campaign were packed with style and substance even though its an almost MMO like destiny.
You are looking at "story" in the literal sense of the word. When people refer to the "story" in a game it encompasses so much more than just the narrative.no one is claiming to know the story? then why are people claiming the story is boring, etc.? which is it....
The moment to moment gameplay is not shallow. The narrative and the way the missions are set up is. The game just blinks you back to your "ship"(loading screen) after each mission even if the next mission is on the same planet. There's no story transition between missions, just your ghost talking to you. Enemies respawn in the exact same location no matter if you are on a mission or not. The "bosses" don't add any additional challenge of variety, they just have larger health bars.if you dont know the story nor played the retail game, how do you know how the story is told?....that's the point i'm making...yall basing all yall negatives about the whole game on a beta...that's dumb as fukk...and now the campaign missions were 'shallow'?...lol come on man...there you go with that inaccurate, simplified portral of a game cause you not feeling it...seriously, devil's lair was 'shallow' to you?.....the mission on the moon was 'shallow' to you?....speaking of the moon, that seems to be the place where the story picks up....i know i'm curious to find out who was the guardian on the moon that was following you.....
The opening scene was fine, but nowhere near as good as most other FPS campaigns. And I've been playing games long enough that I know where a game is headed from playing the first couple missions. Not to say that I can give a full verdict or predict the story, but you can definitely tell how the story will be presented and how the gameplay will pan out. If you couldn't there would be no need for demos.so no one was digging the opening scene for destiny?....not only that, we didnt get an hour into the game, so how are saying you got enough time into the game to make a logical assessment of the story?....
Why don't you take offense to people saying the gameplay/weapons are good?
People have not played with all the guns or shot all the enemies so how can they claim they gameplay is fun?
