But this means they could eliminate the hard drive and use cloud storage for everything, saving some costs there. As well as keeping the console smaller and with lower power requirements.

all ur physical games will have to be downloaded to the hdd anyway so theres literally no space wasted and u have the convenience of not having to constantly pop disc in

in VR thats a deal breaker
