I highly doubt it

-it's not cost effective

-you need an optical drive and hdd/ssd for backwards compatibility

-you need a hdd/ssd for digital content

the PS5 really just needs a decent sized ssd. that would be a huge improvement to the overall experience

I have a pro. I'd say go for it if it's going to be a while before you buy the PS5. If you're copping the PS5 next year though I would just wait for that.

I would hold off on the PS5 for a year if I got the Pro so they could work all of the kinks out with it.

I got my PS4 with the Arkham Knight bundle back in 2015, so I’m about due for an upgrade.
