If the system is bc, how?

Gonna have a CD and cartridge drive?

Hmmmmm
I believe the digital downloads will be BC not the physical ones., whichever games you own throughout the entire psn library

That would be the only reason to buy a physical copy, since you wouldn't long downloads for install

I mean the only advantages disc had over cartridges back in the day were the FMV movies and the fact disc are cheap to produce

I would hold off on the PS5 for a year if I got the Pro so they could work all of the kinks out with it.

I got my PS4 with the Arkham Knight bundle back in 2015, so I’m about due for an upgrade.

I got that bundle for my lil bro back in 2015. It’s a beautiful system...but thing sounds like a fukking airplane taking off now.

It’s loud as hell. I feel it’s about to go out at any moment now with how loud it gets. That’s why I’m trying upgrade before it happens.

Amazon is going to have a pro bundle for $300, so I’m going to see if I can get it on BF.

I'm genuinely intrigued what a decision like this would mean for the industry of producing blu-rays. Everybody setting up their own streaming services, video games possibly going back to cartridges, that shyt would throw the whole industry for a loop.

There's articles out there speculating that it could be an external ssd. Would be cool and makes alot more sense.
This

If it's true that Sony is developing some new type of ssd for the ps5 like the speculations say, then it would make sense for them to have their own proprietary SSD.
