I'm really siting here having a conversation about waiting tables.

But no, I never did. If I'm being honest. But I was only a waiter for about 4 months.

probably had alot to do with your tips.. always tip them.. especially the dishwasher.. thats one of your most important positions in the kitchen.. can seriously fukk your whole shift up if they wanted.. barely clean shyt like cups, and silverware.. take their time doing dishes, pots/pans.. if they walk out(especially in the middle of a rush)- its a wrap..

Plus, I wasn't working at TGIF or Applebees or some shyt.

I was working at a pretty nice restaurant. And if sleazy shyt like that was going on at an upscale place like there, I know the Chilis, TGIF, Applebees, Ruby Tuesday etc. Has to be pure Grime

I don't ever plan on being a waiter again. I'll tell my little brother though when it's time. I could have used your advice 3 years ago though.

I never once thought about tipping the dish washers to be honest.

I didn't want to make this a thread, but I feel like I should look out for you Coli nikkas. Tip your waiters. You aint go outta your way to drop $20 tips everytime, but tip them sort of well. At least 10%. Don't be the guy that goes back to the same restaurants and leaves a cheap tip over and over again. Because waiters communicate, and give eachother subtle looks when you arrive.

Go ahead nikkas. Keep going to the same restaurants over and over and not tipping well, and on top of that being a needy fukk.

I'm telling you I was a waiter when I was 17, and that shyt is like a gang B. It's like a network. nikkas communicate and talk about the fukkboy customers to look out for. Then we would act accordingly.

Be one of those nikkas who makes waiters go back and forth over and over again, changing their minds, and then on top of that leaves a 1 dollar tip.

Be one of the " I think I need to talk to your manager" guys. Because the others waiters will find out.

I can promise you that you will receive sweaty balls on your burger.

I know customers who used to get that sweaty ass swipe regularly. And at first I was against it , but then the darkside came out

I'm telling you because I've personally done it. Typical suited up, hair gelled, Wall St Cac used to come and leave 75 cent tips after taking a stack of cash and looking for a dollar bill, and when he couldnt find one he'd throw 3 quarters on the table and used to smile and laugh about it in my face like it was a joke While being a needy fukk, and whipping out hundreds right infront of my face.

I made sure I got a good swipe of my balls, from the crease going down toward my ass, all the way up the head of my dikk. And then super low-key, placed a palm right on his burgers, and put my finger right inside of his ketchup holder.

Then waited for him to eat it

EVERYTIME HE CAME IN , and always asked him how his burger was

See then, the 75c tip and the laugh in the face is worth it.

Don't fukk with waiters man. Tip them dudes well. nikkas used to have bets to see who could do the nastiest shyt to a Cac without getting caught.

Do i still owe you a tip if it's take out? I've always been confused with this. I know i tip on takeout half the time but do i really owe you a tip?

Speaking of 18%. Say i order an appetizer or even 1 drink and my bill is $7. Do you honestly want that 18% tip which is xactly $1.26? Would it be an insult if i left you that or might as well overtip or nottip at all?

I never tip when it's takeout. Ever. That's stupid.

If you order an appetizer and one drink, don't even tip. If you do just give a dollar or two. Nothing wrong with that. I wouldn't tip of a drink and an app. And if I did, it would be no more than 2 dollars. Leave a 10 dollar bill and call it a day

I can't talk about what chefs do. I'm telling you personally that I was a waiter, and this shyt happens. I've been on rides with dudes home, and nikkas start plottin on regular customers.

Well then that just should make the public more resolute in not providing lavish tips to servers, since apparently not financially compensating them they way they demand gives them grounds to try to hurt you by poisoning your food with foreign substances. Could you imagine if employees from all sectors and jobs did this to their bosses?

And to this point, I dont get why we the public is being lectured because we arent subsidizing the service industry to their apparent satisfaction, and yet none of this ire is directed at their owners who directly profit off their labor, and pay them chicken scratch for it.

I receive great service everywhere I go. I just had a very productive encounter with a rep at the university who was VERY helpful...did I disrespect her by not giving her a tip, and is she now liable to try to get me back by shtting on my paperwork while Im not looking as retribution? That sounds ridiculous, but somehow that idea works for waiters.

And to answer what surely would be an unserious retort...no I rarely eat out. Im perfectly capable of cooking for myself, and quite well I might add...and when I do go out, I tip appropriately. But I limit frequenting sit downs because I find the attitudes of servers and their antagonism towards to the public to be beyond obnoxious and insufferable, and quite cowardly since they have nothing to say to their fat cat bosses.

what are you talking about? @hustlemania just said to me that waiters spend their money fast, and I said that at the time I was saving money for classes. Don't say "Y'all" because I'm not waiter.

No ones saying that they deserve to be treated better than the register guy at MCD, but it's a way harder job than that. Way harder.
