Bay Area
These are not located in L.A. first of all.

Second, I live 20 minutes from redlands and this area is NOT decent.

3rd these places go for $1400 for the cheapest unit in a pretty shytty neighborhood.

What point were you trying to make here?
People get fooled by pics on Zillow especially out of state they see a decent living room and think the area is nice :heh:

The point is that there are properties there at that price. Every post so far you have said is a shytty neighborhood. "That's in the shytty part of Bel Air". Who gives a shyt? You are renting, not owning.

So you quoted me trying to argue and you dont even know what the conversation was about.

:unimpressed:

The dude I was talking to claimed that anyone paying $1000+ rent would not do something like this because they aren't living in the hood. I replied that where I'm from, hood apartments will run you about $1300 to live in a shytty neighborhood.

Then you come in here posting $1400 section 8 approved, hood apartments in bad neighborhoods.

You proved my point dumbass.

non reading ass nikka.

Average apartment in houston = 1338$ a month

Times 32 units. Times 12 months equals over a half a million a year gross. Her expenses ain't even half that

Duuuurr I NeEd HeLP Half A MilLioN a YeaR Is My OnlY iNcOme durrrr

You gotta pay mortgage, insurance, taxes, repairs, and employees. You think that person just pockets all the money and walks away. :stopitslime:

And how do you know her expenses aren't half of that? :stopitslime:

nikka No!

:comeon:

And any tenants paying 1000+ wouldn't be trying to pull this stunt

This is definitely a hood complex

Where I'm from, a $1338 apartment is a hood complex, that's about what it will cost you to live in the gutters of san Bernardino.

:francis:

This is the beginning of the conversation dumbass.

Where do you see me moving the goalpost?

Negged for being retarded.

This ain't got shyt to do with what I said.

Hood apartments where I'm from cost $1300, that's a fact.

All that other shyt you saying means nothing in the context of the conversation.

funny point people are trying to make from a mortgage broke landlord perspective

my properties are paid off ... if you had your shyt together and actually wanted to be a real landlord, you wouldnt be doing that ticky tack mortgage my rentals out shyt
dont cry a river because you took the easy way out and were too broke to sustain your bullshyt :russ: property tax where I'm at is 1600$ these people pay off whatever and I'm done .... I guess there is a landlord problem because yall are barely making it to even call yourselves one. :mjlol:

rep for being a responsible landlord, the person in the OP is a fool for using a mortgaged property that they don’t own outright as their sole income :comeon: people watched too much Property Brothers and think they can get rich quick overextending themselves flipping houses and doing air bnb on rented places... the air bnb pseudo landlords are all over social media crying too :sadbron:about how they bout to owe $50k in rent this month on multiple rented properties because they have no bookings for six months :heh:I don’t feel bad for these idiots at all, they can’t even figure something out with their out of work tenants because they have no savings, no income, over extended on properties they don’t own and expect the tenants to be left holding the bag, fukk outta here :camby: have they considered delivering for amazon or driving Lyft :jbhmm: or getting a real job if being a landlord is too difficult:hubie:
