It will be like the housing crisis all over again with people squatting in houses or apartments everywhere. The government has to get control over the spread of the virus or all bets are off.

Refusal of payment is a lease violation, I’m very curious to see if courts will require landlords to maintain habitability standards for tenants. Is the landlord still required to maintain services and make necessary repairs for what becomes an illegal occupant?
