Not what I said, nice try though. There's 10s of millions of people with pre existing conditions that they could have potentially denied for the smallest issues just to "save profits."

Not even to mention the fact that they bring in billions upon billions of dollars, Obamacare or not.

a health insurance company, like any company, should be in business to make a profit.

in a truly free market, the only thing that could stop an insurance company from getting too greedy is competition from other insurance companies.

what else do you want done?

Or create a monopoly on people's health with back breaking costs. Either way the hand will guide it :skip:

i'm all for a free market with regulations.

the problem is when you over-regulate.

You're welcome to gloss through wiki and checkout all the lovely things corporations have brought us from economic to environmental when there is a lack of regulation and or profit motive reigns over all.

again i am for regulations. there need to be rules and minimum standards.

both extremes are bad.

Corporations aren't people no matter what the right says. They're built to squeeze every penny and when you infuse that into health care you get to the point where everyone is potentially "high risk."

Yes, lord free market will save us all!

"Corporations are people" is a tax classificstoon /legal fiction. I dont why people continue to say this.
