Tony Parker is one of the fastest players in the league. Manu had ridiculous hops and a crossover no different than streetballer.
Both players rely on athleticism for most of their career, not this headsy euro stereotype you're applying to them.

i guess norris cole is one of the fastest in the league, jj barea is too, so is jeff teague. might as well mention nate. oh john wall too. at least 20 others that are just as fast or faster than tony parker. dude isn't exceptionally faster than other pgs in the league. his handles and control are though. and his floater is sick.


and manu "got hops"? just cause he can dunk don't mean he got hops. he's 6'6. he supposed to be able to dunk. manu ain't cradling it on cats. he ain't bangin his head on the backboard blocking shots. he not getting rebounds under the basket and going right back up two hand dunking on dudes. he got avg hops for a 6'6 nba guard. technically wade is shorter than manu. even one knee wade can jump higher than ginobli. chill with the ginobli "got hops" stuff.

and tony parker isn't some crazy fast dude. lots of cats in the nba are fast. they just don't have the control, ball handling skills and shot repertoire that parker has. that's why he's able to use his speed more effectively.
